Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Videafactory, a downloadable digital software product supplied with a lifetime license key.

1. Digital Product

Videafactory is delivered digitally through a downloadable installer and license key. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refund handling may differ from physical goods.

2. EU Consumer Withdrawal Notice

EU consumer rules generally provide a withdrawal period for distance purchases, but digital content may be treated differently once downloading or streaming begins with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost. Your checkout platform may request this acknowledgement before providing immediate access to the installer.

3. Good-Faith Refund Window

Even where immediate digital access has been provided, Videa may consider good-faith refund requests made within 14 days of purchase if the product cannot be installed, cannot be activated, or materially does not work as described and support cannot resolve the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of license abuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback fraud, excessive activation attempts, use beyond evaluation, incompatibility with unsupported systems, or a change of mind after successful download, activation, and use, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@videa.tech with the purchase email, order number, license key if available, operating system, Adobe Premiere Pro version, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for logs, screenshots, or troubleshooting steps before deciding the request.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are normally processed through the original payment platform, such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad. Timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, and bank.

7. Effect of Refund

If a refund is issued, the related Videafactory license may be revoked or suspended and continued use of the software is no longer authorized.

8. Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to defective or non-conforming digital content where those rights apply.
