The agreement for downloading, activating, and using Videafactory.

Last updated: June 9, 2026 Videa
Summary

Lifetime license. Activation protected. Built for professional editing workflows.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Videafactory, a commercial Adobe Premiere Pro extension provided by Videa. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Videafactory, you agree to these terms.

1. Provider and Contact

Videafactory is provided by Videa. For legal, billing, licensing, or support requests, contact support@videa.tech.

2. Product

Videafactory is digital software supplied as a downloadable installer and activated through a license key. The product is intended for use with compatible versions of Adobe Premiere Pro on Windows. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of their respective owner and are not affiliated with Videa.

3. License Grant

After a valid purchase, Videa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Videafactory for your own personal or business editing work, subject to the activation limits assigned to your license key.

4. Lifetime License

A lifetime license means access to the purchased major version of Videafactory for the lifetime of the product, subject to these terms. It does not guarantee perpetual compatibility with future operating systems, Adobe versions, third-party services, or hardware environments. Videa may provide updates, fixes, or improvements at its discretion.

5. Activation and License Keys

You are responsible for keeping your license key private. The license system may process the license key, email address, machine identifier, application version, activation status, and activation timestamps to validate legitimate use and prevent abuse.

6. Restrictions

You must not resell, sublicense, share, publish, rent, lease, distribute, reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass, or attempt to defeat the software, installer, license system, activation limits, or technical protections, except where mandatory law expressly allows it.

7. Purchases and Payment Platforms

Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms such as Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad. Their own checkout, tax, invoice, payment, anti-fraud, and customer account terms may also apply. Videa does not store full payment card details.

8. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Digital content rules may apply to software downloads and license delivery.

9. Availability and Changes

Videa may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, downloads, license infrastructure, or support process where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product development.

10. No Professional Advice

Videafactory is a workflow tool. You remain responsible for reviewing your edits, project files, exports, client deliverables, and production decisions.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videafactory is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Videa does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system, Adobe version, plugin, workflow, or third-party environment.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Videa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, production, business interruption, lost profit, lost data, or lost opportunity damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, Videa's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Videafactory.

13. Termination

Videa may suspend or revoke a license if it is used for fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized sharing, excessive activation abuse, security attacks, or attempts to bypass the licensing system.

14. Governing Law

These terms are intended for international digital sales with attention to European Union consumer and data protection principles. The final governing law and venue should be confirmed according to Videa's registered business location and payment setup.

15. Changes to These Terms

Videa may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
